Privacy Policy
Effective July 20, 2026
This policy explains the information MarketPulse AI processes when you visit the public website, request access, use the private application, or connect a supported third-party service.
Information we process
- Account information such as name, email address, username, approval status, and password hash.
- Security and operational records such as sign-in time, session identifiers, IP-derived security events, browser information, audit events, and service diagnostics.
- User-provided investing information such as watchlists, holdings, notes, alerts, risk settings, and staged order instructions.
- Connected-service information needed to operate features you enable, including encrypted broker credentials or tokens, account balances, order status, and execution records.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the application, approve accounts, personalize the workspace, produce requested analysis, enforce trading limits, synchronize connected services, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and communicate operational or account notices.
Connected brokers and data providers
When you connect Robinhood or another supported provider, that service processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. MarketPulse AI sends only the requests needed for the features you enable. Disconnecting a service stops new requests but does not automatically delete records that must be retained for security, reconciliation, or audit purposes.
Storage and protection
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Supported secrets and broker payloads are encrypted at rest when the production secret-key configuration is enabled. Access is restricted to approved users and administrators. No system can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their email, password, brokerage account, and devices.
Sharing
MarketPulse AI does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure, email, market-data, and connected-service providers as needed to operate the product, or disclosed when required to protect users, enforce terms, or comply with valid legal obligations.
Retention and choices
Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, reconciliation, research integrity, backups, and applicable obligations. Approved users can update profile information in the application and can request account deactivation or deletion, subject to records that must be retained.
