Terms and Risk Disclosure

Trading involves substantial risk. MarketPulse AI does not guarantee profits, prevent losses, or ensure that an order will be submitted, filled, protected, or exited at an expected price.

Service purpose

MarketPulse AI is private software for market research, workflow organization, portfolio context, and user-configured trading automation. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, fiduciary, exchange, or custodian, and its content is not personalized investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.

Your decisions and responsibility

You are responsible for evaluating all information, maintaining your brokerage account, choosing settings, monitoring positions and orders, and deciding whether the service is appropriate for you. Market data and automated analysis may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect.

Automated execution authorization

If you enable automatic execution, you authorize MarketPulse AI to submit eligible orders through your connected broker when configured rules and live checks pass. You remain responsible for per-order limits, daily limits, allowed symbols, exposure, stop settings, and disabling automation when it should not operate. Guardrails reduce risk but cannot eliminate it.

Market and technology risks

• Prices can move rapidly, gap through stops, or differ from displayed quotes.
• Limit orders may not fill; market orders may fill at unexpected prices.
• Trailing stops and other order types depend on broker support and may be simulated or monitored by software.
• Market-data, network, provider, broker, hosting, software, or credential failures may delay or prevent actions.
• Past, backtested, simulated, or displayed performance does not guarantee future results.

Third-party services

Robinhood and all market-data or infrastructure providers are independent third parties governed by their own agreements. MarketPulse AI is not endorsed by or affiliated with Robinhood Markets, Inc. unless explicitly stated otherwise. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Acceptable use and access

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, use only accounts you are authorized to control, and comply with applicable broker rules and law. Access may be limited, suspended, or withdrawn to protect users, infrastructure, or the integrity of the private beta.

Availability and limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular strategy. To the extent permitted by law, MarketPulse AI is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, third-party failures, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
